Baby Blue touch touch up paint ?

Hi everyone this is my first post on here, I was sent here from BMXtalk because no one knew the answer.
My son has just got a Mini Ripper and it has a lot of chips on it so would like to buy some touch up paint or maybe have the frame sprayed.
Hope someone can help me.

PS   I did a search but could not find the information.
