Skyway tuff 1

Brought these NOS Yellow Tuff 1's the other day, dont know why, just did, it must be one of those bmx things  :LolLolLolLol: 
Not really got a use for them, so what should i build them onto ? am i right in thinking there around 79 - 82? they are  marked up 82 inside
