i dont need to see one "in the flesh" tbh, just looking at the cheap, bubblegum welds and knowing the frame is made from mild steel is enough,
haro had every opportunity to make this a compliment to the old school, instead they went for the cheapest option and an insult to the old freestyler/masters,
if they'd had them made from 4130 and built by a decent manufacturer i'd have wished them well and been impressed, even "SE racing" made a better job of their "retro" bikes,
tell you what, ride it hard for a few weeks and when it cracks/snaps post up some pics,
admit it, its made entirely for "looking at" and not any kind of bmx riding,
all it does is scream "i cant afford/cant be bothered to build/restore and old school bike"
i stand by what i said before and when they released them, its an insult to the old school.

Calm down fella I think you need a chill pill
It doesn't scream can't afford a real one at all and I had a real one and a master an a fst oh and a sport
Yep it's not like you say quality material like the original or many old skool bikes and yes they did get it wrong that way but it's lush to ride and yep it probably will crack if ridden or tricked out like the real deal but even the originals broke when ridden hard
It looks nice to me and to a lot of others it rides nice and you can pull a wheely along with a few bunny hops an endo's
And it doesn't break the bank like the 1400 quid real deal
Has this hobby become snobby
So what about all the copy gen1's then are they ok because they are skool
It's only a puppet ;)
HARORIDER:
the trouble is,is that if haro did make it "exactly" the same as the old school one then it probably would have snapped ask anyone that owns one or used to ride one back in the day and logically thinking most of the people that would buy one of these would be us old fookers who are not going to be getting 18ft out of a half pipe anymore :'( thats why haro have a range of new school bikes aimed at the youngsters that are built and made to ride like that :daumenhoch:
