Redline Frame ID - Pics added

Can anyone help with a Redline frame ID.
It has no gusset behind seat tube and no chainstay bridge.
Oval Redline stamp on BB and ID No RDOO994

Any help appreciated.

Err....  Red frame, white forks, 48 spoke wheels, trick pegs, opc with spider, GT Freestyle bars in white and it's from Harrogate.

I'd say a 600a ???
