re-the earlier posters link

im guessing the rit dye needs to be heated to get it to work
if i find a large enough cooking pot -is it possible to heat on the cooker ? and how easy is it doing this

Evening all,  the lavender Z's arrived from the States last week :)  They are really faded, but still in great shape.

I have since stripped them down & have washed them with hot water.scotchbrite(burgandy one) & hand cleanser(the stuff with grit in) similar to swarfega but not as coarse. I'm only half way thru the first rim at the mo but am well stoked with the result so far :smitten:, i will add some  pic's as soon as i have finished cleaning them :daumenhoch: I'm keeping these lavender so will possibly dye them, but first i may try the aqua blasting route as i'm gonna be getting a set of yellow steel hubbed Tuff 2's done soon.

I have a question fellow radster's......is it possible to buy white spokes & nipples?? Or will i need to spray them?
Once they're finished they'll be mounted on me Reflex 8)

rollin72:
cheapest Ive found were from sourcebmx, about a tenner for 50- 194's
