what have i got here ???

 i would like to bring this bike back to life but im unsure which way to go so any help or input would be appreciated i can post some pics if needed

It's described in the link above as a "Retro BMX - made by Raleigh after the Burner".
At first it looked like oval tubing, but looking again I'm not so sure. Maybe someone else will have more information for you about this bike.
Apparently the bike in the pic is for sale, if the website is current.
