Home Anodising any good?

Guy's seeing that CCA is putting a hold on new work ive been looking round at other avenue's, so what these home kits like?? anyone use them?

I bought one once to do a couple of small parts at work

It worked fine..........after a few "trial" runs  ::)

Not all cast aluminium parts can be anodised  :daumenhoch:

Funnily enough i was thinking the same today in work. Want a white oddy V3 stem but they dont do them. Fook it i thought i will do it myself........ turns out white is the holy grail of annodising  ::)

to quote one article i read - whoever develops a reliable method of producing a good white annodised colour would be an overnight millionaire  :D
