Tange/Tioga MX 101 Headset

What year(s) were they made?

Are they compatible with a gyro? (Only asking as the upper locknut looks like it might get in the way)

Any known problems?

martin-bike has the Tioga Taskforce Headlock listed at 83:

They didn't appear in the 83 Tioga Catalogue.
I've seen them in Taskforce Ads from 84 so somewhere around then I guess.

Cheers Monkian, I was on martin-bike most of Monday and somehow missed this ::)

83/84 is spot on for my build so just need to decide if it will suit my Firebird :-\

No idea about the gyro issue TBH but I guess you could always replace the headlock with a normal top nut.
