Redline flight cranks

(1/1)

J69:
I'm thinking of buying a set of those new reproduction Redline flights & have the following questions;

1. Are they straight forward enough to fit, do they require any specialist tools? I've fitted splined 3 piece XTR mtb cranks in the past & they were simple to fit.
2. Will a normal spider & chainring fit or does it have to be a 3 piece crank specific chainring?

Any help & tips would be greatly appreciated.  :daumenhoch:

Cheers

J

All straight forward mate,
Any spider or powerdisc and chainring combo will do,
There was a set in the fir sale thread with bb for sale,

HEYWOOD BMX:
 :) Modern Flights are real easy to fit,only thing you might need is a 23.8mm to 19mm tophat washer as most oldschool spiders/powerdiscs have a 23.8mm centrehole.
