Think im going mad. Is the nut on the non drive side of the BB on these clockwise to loosen...??!!
Plus is there a particular tool apart from an adjustable to make the job easier? Its just that the fooking thing will not budge.
What makes it more awkward is im without a bike stand at the moment so have the bike upside down & squashing my Kashi as i attempt to turn it!
Pissed off with it now.
Help me to calm down!!

fingers!! too lazy to do it up properly in the first place. but i would think an adjustable would do the job.
