My dad definitely had to get it cut and welded, unless I am suffering false memory syndrome; I will ask him, but I definitely remember my initial disappointment when the new forks (a birthday pressie from the lads I rode with - Animal knows who I mean) didn't fit, and my joy when they finally did!
 :smitten:

I will need the following to make her work:

* Pickle's forks, "Cut 'n' Shut"
* Shimano SX Levers in Gold
* Copy DC MX900s (I think) in Gold
* Sharp Cables in Yellow
* Yellow Snakebellies
* Red Kashimax
* Seatpost adapter shim and gold Seatpost
* Gold Beartrap Pedals
* Gold Suntour Power Stem
* Red "Steve Goode Motorcylces" Cali-Light style Padset (Animal will remember these, too)
* Red Sharp Grips (the ones with the Bar End thingies
* Yellow Sharp BB Boot

Could prove a nice challenge for 2012; maybe I should start a wanted thread? I do have an issue with the fact that I only paid fifty quid for the whole bike, and the Red Kashi will cost more than that!  :shocked:
