Profile arm won't fit onto spindle .. HELP!

I could try that but no doubt they will be stuck fast for good then :-\

If you have used a press to get the arm off the spindle may be slightly mushroomed/bigger at the end.
check with a vernier that it is the same diameter at the end as it is further down the spline :daumenhoch:
You could try carefully filing the splines at the end with a triangular needle file,as Magoo said :daumenhoch:

Is it possible that the fixing bolt has been rumped up too tight and spread the end of the spindle?

I think something like that may have happened. Its not the valleys that are not allowing it on .. more just the overall diameter of the end of the spindle .. recon i'll just try find another :-\

Just found a big ole dirty file in the garage and filed the fook out of it .. i've worn the splines right down but it fits now :daumenhoch:
