Yeah I'm gonna use clear cable ties as jubilee clips will look a bit crap.

Make sure the cable ties are beefy then, otherwise you'll still get movement. I like jubilee's = midschool flavour :)

Just finished putting it on with no ties or clips and it isn't moving, will see how it goes!

No bud, it'll feel fine in the workshop, but will misbehave when you ride it. Especially if it only has a 6mm bolt holding it on. I've seen loads of them snap. The braking effort of an AD style brake is so great it'll overwhelm most fixings.

Grab yourself some jubilee clips or big fat zip ties  ;)
