looks to me to be a tech 4 but with a locking buttons, I know tech 6's came with locking buttons but the shape isn't the same. the calipers are 901's, this is around spring 85

any help would be great

It could be a shop/home mod.

Out local shop BITD used to mod tech 3's and 4's with buttons just like that, simple bit of engineering really.

Hard to tell from the pic though.
