Early GT serial number, can anyone shed the light?

Got this early GT I'll be putting up for sale with matching bars and post, want to get a concrete i.d. on its serial date if possible. From frames I've seen years ago I'm under the impression 81 or 82 and they were done in this format, but wanted to know if anyone's got a proper idea about them. Looked on BMX museum guide, doesn't go back that far. There's nothing on drop out other than 2339 and then a 4 to the left. Which to my knowledge 4 meant Pro.

Any help out there?

Thanks  :-*
