I'm really excited about this one, it was a good laugh last year, i'm planning to take it easy during the day though to enjoy it even more.

I'm up for a bit of Sinless action too Carlos, don't even remember being in there last year apart from the rubber plants and trees everywhere.

Just doing a few tweeks to my and Bretty's bikes, then i'm ready for Saturday to roll with the winchman and meet up with the rest of you loons.

Just built some proclass wheels so the misses can have a free wheel bike. I don't want her skidding on my old Tyres, She want to ride the GL which has a coaster fitted at the moment. Ah well they were going on the Haro FST/Sport anyway

Today is the day. Weather is looking sweet in Wales.

I am so excited I have hardly slept. Great bunch of people going on this. I should still be asleep. It is like Christmas.

Today I am feeling so BMX love. I am looking forward to getting out there on my brand new ride (27 years old) gt pro performer. Oh yeah
