Just confused about the fact you say its a NOS Hot Heart but the gussett is drilled...  ???

I'm confused about the question. NOS simply means it's New, Old Stock. Irrelevant as to wether the heart has been drilled. You can't get much more NOS than
still in it's original factory cardboard. Just some drongo took a drill to it.  ???
