they look a bit mullered at the stem area -

It looks like they're brazed. Could be British made :Great_Britain: 8)
Reynolds tubes maybe?

they do look like nice bars,  i just don't want to pay too much for them obviously  :)

i was going to say MRD  bars but the crossbar looks too thick and rise looks too big.

I would guess Rebel or Peugeot :daumenhoch:
