BULLY bmx 1" frame early 90's

I have the chance to get hold of a Bully Big Block chrome 1" race frame with chrome Bully Powerforks [the ones with the cantilever brake mounts and hinged brake swingarm in the steerer]
Anyone remember these?  Collectible? Think they are very early 90's. Worth  a build? What would anyone be willing to pay for a fame/fork?
