Hawk Hustler info please

Either the bug is spreading or I've hit a early mid life crisis. Here's my latest fleabay purchase,  Just couldn't resist as it was dirt cheap & I've not seen another. Any info greatly appreciated  Hawk Hustler 16" wheel,                                               This should be relatively easy resto, chrome / paint not too bad.                                                                                  In the past I've had my frames blasted but if anyone has any other sugestions I'd like to hear it.                                                              If anyone can help with the decals or knows of someone who can that would be great. Just lost my Rad virginity & finding who's best at what. I've looked in the likes of the museum and can't find another so any if please.
