It's come up nice, couldn't really see from the ebay ad.. but they aint Trick Star forks ... more like much later overseas made racers, defo not the original ones to that frame   ???

and the bars can't have come with the frame either .. they weren't knurled in 84

the bend at the top of the forks is wrong for early ones, Trick Star forks are like this... with pegs and 1st gen without pegs



and the bend was always like that from the beginning of Hutch, these are from circa 82



yours are more like these ... this is an 88 taiwan pro racer
