The outer cable is clamped under the pad.
Yes it's abit different but its a daily ride and it stops pretty much like a disk brake.

Thanks for the comments defo agree it looks better on the pro class wheels.
Bitd I had pro class wheels on my mongoose but wanted mags lol Other way round now.

Small update -
I got a good deal on a rear black 82 mx 1000 from a member on here not long back.
So removed the 990 set up which some should be pleased with :LolLolLolLol:
It has some primo v monster type mongoose tyres on at the moment from a mid school bike as I mainly use it on the road.
Having fun on it at MK12
