Another pedal spindle conversion question!

Hey guys!

I searched for ages to find a set of KKT rats in 1/2", but came to the conclusion that I would never find any (did they even make them?)!   ::)

So in my wisdom, I got my hands on a nice NOS set of 9/16...  My question is,.. does anyone know if any other 1/2" KKT spindle will fit these Rats?  Has anyone converted them before?
