My ride to work is roughly 5.84 miles and (after a couple of weeks of lung blowouts) have been doing it regular at around 24 minutes. This morning I done it in 22 minutes and 42 seconds  :4_17_5:

Not bad for a fatty on a 20" with 39/14 ratio   :LolLolLolLol:  :daumenhoch:
