20 X 1.3/8 tyre on 20x1.5 rim ?

Nope the 20x1.3/8 is to big to fit a 1.5 rim

As D said, can't mix deceimal (1.5, 1.75) with fractional (1&1/8, 1&3/8) as the rim diameter is different.

yeah yeah... i do remember trying to fit a 20x1.75 on to a 1 3/8 rim years ago and it being totally wrong.. cheers
