DK Stems - what year did the round back/rounded top cap come out?

Does anyone know what year the round back/rounded top cap DK stems come out?  I have a "Pro" size one which seems pretty short reach to me, shorter than a Suntour Powerstem at least but need to know what year  :daumenhoch:

I think the rounded baseplate was from 88, this also for the top plate for the pro-sized stems too. However, the mini stems always had rounded top plates even when running with the 3 sided baseplate.

So 81 - 88 all sharp edges for pro sizes up

81-88 rounded top for mini
88 onwards rounded top and base for all!

the short stems were indeed pro,then xl and xxl :daumenhoch:

as above, if ya want a pro sized DK ya need a pro xl DK  :daumenhoch:

Sounds like mines 2 years late for my build then, might have to look at other options :(
