Kuwahara Laserlite serial?

Kuwahara stamped under BB.
Has also T3 serial?
KZ-4 Laserlite with´83 stamp?
One off the first made?
Has got also slightly oval tubing!
Any help kindly apreciated......

Slightly oval would be right, but maybe still a KZ3 then? Check to see if the downtube is round, if it is then a KZ4, otherwise late KZ3.

My bro's Laserlite is an 84 but with a 83 serial with 83 forks. Does it have Kuwahara on the brake bridge and K logo / knurling on the rear dropouts?
