frame id ?

 been back looking in one of my sheds again and found this anybody got any idea what it is .
 all i can remember about it is it came with spoked wheels and yellow tyres and was painted a dark gold colour.

 

 

 

 

 also found this in the back of the shed (no jokes please  ;D )

 

 these are what i was looking for  ;D i bought these new in 1986 for the sum of £5 each
 from a bike shop in essex a pair of white Mike buff Z rims . i managed to get a rear ACS hub but could never find a front
so just put them together with any old front hub and spokes i had laying around .then i couldnt find an axle for the rear hub
so they were never put on a bike
 
 

 

 they need a damm good cleaning and rebuilding so will be looking for a pair of hubs and spokes shortly
 will bleach them and see what happens

Quality, can't wait. I've been taking a sabatical from the vw scene for a while, trouble is it's lasted for about 7 yrs now  :idiot2: Got a workshop full of stuff I've been paying rent on for yrs and haven't even walked in to it for about 2yrs. God that's got me thinking, it's not overflowing with stuff but I'm remembering some quality: heart lights, w's, semi w's etc, oh and the early 90's shows - so much fun  :)

Oops waffling, I'd better shut up before I get crucified for taking the thread in a non-bmx direction.
