Motomags - need advice and help and which way to go ? Pic's up

Right so i just got back from picking up some Motomags - in very great shape bar one web snap/ missing

pic's up in the morning or so but a couple of questions

Who is good at fixing the web part /welding ?
Does any one have any spare web part that could be used to welded back on ? pretty please  :-*
Now cleaning them up - two ways to go - very light clean/polish ~ just so they shine a little bit but not too much ~or~ polish them up to match the chrome / can be done but hard work > so which of the two ways should i go ? let me know please  ;)

I recon a light buff or maybe a walnut blasting. Motomags look crap polished in my book  :daumenhoch:
