Odd seatpost clamp size

Right, Ive measured the seatpost tube on the Torker & it has a circumference of 81.5cm. Measured my TA & thats 80cm... Why the fúck would it be 1.5cm bigger??!!?!? Stupid...

Oh, I also measured a Tange seatpost tube & that is 80cm...

Thickness of the paint/powder could easily account for that  :-\ .

Ah, no because all the frames measured are chrome...

Devilock:
All original chrome too...
