i use one of these

permantly set up in the garage, gets used twice a week on various bikes and only needs charging once a year

I like that set up Kev. No good if your out though, i picked up one of these from asda for £4.98. Pretty good for the money :daumenhoch:

if your out and about with the car then the best bet would be a car electric pump which can be just left in the boot all the time

or if no car and your riding everywhere then get a c02 pump

i have one for my road bike, takes up very little space, inflates in seconds to very high pressures (100psi+) you would prob need to buy a schrader to presta adaptor to be able to use the c02 pump on a bmx's schrader valve but they only cost a couple of quid
