i think the original spec included a freehub and flatland gearing

nah the Ruler was sold as more of a Jumping/Park bike!
it had a clamp on stem, kneesaver type bars, 48 spoke wheels & 4 pegs,potts front cable & gyro, almost certain it had 44/16 gearing too  ;)
quite a good bike retailed at £399 i think  :-\
i'm sure i have a mag with a review, i'll scan it later & email it to you if you PM me your addy  :daumenhoch:

better still let me look for the mag first & i'll let you know once i've found it, got a bit to do tonight as i'm in hospital tomorrow for an op first thing in the morning  :(

i used to ride with a lad who had one in 97

i will check back in my old ride magazines

i think it had the steel khe freehub on it
it was quite short too
