new school BMX - what tt size

Still pondering a nu school bmx for messing about on

I'm 5' 9" - What sort of top tube should I be looking at for an all rounder, bit of street, some dirt etc.

also anything else I should really consider?

Start cheap and cheerful or spend a little more and get something half decent?

20.75  i am 6'2 and love this size so does my nephew
alot will say 21" but felt to long even that little extra.

20.75    I'm 5'10 and ride a 20.75 had a 20.5 before and felt a too short although it did have a 45mm reach stem which probably wasn't helping.
Best thing too do is to get to a RAD meet and try a few, You could have 2 bikes with the same frame and they could feel different depending on stem reach/height bar height/width.
