No idea on the seat, but was rapped up in bubble wrap, however, the levers were in an old sealed package with made in Japan on. Bulldog levers. Barrel adjuster are there because I havent got the barrel ends. I had an ACS destruction session by accident last week. Doubler shattered and the threads went on one of my levers when I tightened up.
