Today I bought, or it got delivered, or I fitted...

Not BMX, but a nice shiny new hardtail mountain bike....Cube ltd, been out for a few quick miles on it and already love the way it rides. Will be a damn good way to get some trail miles done and increase my rapidly declining fitness levels ;D...
Usual story, went into the shop to buy a cheapish bike and was immediately hypnotized by words like shimano, rock shox, formula, easton etc.
Ended up spending aproximately double my original budget...oh my mrs will be well happy with me today :daumenhoch:

Bought a bit of BMX fabric for stupid money :'( :'( :'( Still can't believe it but i did split and sell a Complete mongoose to finance the purchase, not making me feel any better though. :buck2: :buck2:

Had a set of Fly Ruben pedals turn up yesterday off of the bay.
Cosmetically not great but they run so smoothly (much like myself) and are beautifully made, they retail at £90-100 new :shocked:
They will be fine after a good clean up and some new pins.
