It can be done, I bought a complete bike back from the states 5 years ago, Stripped and stashed in various cases and hand luggage. I going back next month and am starting to think about a new frame or bike :daumenhoch:

The fact my best mate lives in NY, and I worked for an airline, so got cheap flights meant I did this all the time when I was collecting. In fact probably 80% of my stuff came from over the pond. Used to make me smile everytime I walked through customs with suitcases full of stuff. Happy days. Hope your trip is as successful Kappy.
