REDLINE BIG BLOCK 1 PIECE CRANK - Polish???

Classic case here of a fool and his money!

I saw a Big Block on a Mid School bike and it looked pretty epic! As I have Redline Cranks Saved Search on The Bay.....this item popped up.

I paid £36.00 for it shipped from the US and it arrived today.

Its as meaty as a Desperate Dan Cow Pie, question is, what the f'ck to do with it. Its advertised as Rider grade, decals are missing and bit of rust type wear. So.........


Question 1) - Was £36.00 shipped a really good price

Question 2) - Are these white elephants? Seems like they are an odd size

Question 3) - How would you restore these, looks like they just need a polish

Question 4) - Anyone do decals for these?

These came on mid-price completes in the late 90's.

I've got a black one that came off an RL444 Cruiser.

They are fookin heavy though - not sure £36 was a great price.
