DC Hinged seat clamp question?

I have seen hinged seat clamps with DC and FS stamped on them,they look identical? so can anyone tell me whats the difference? my mate said that FS was short for freestyle ??? thx :daumenhoch:

the quality of the FS clamp is exactly the same as the DC ones?

Nope, the alloy is usually a lower grade with a grainier finish (unless highly polished by the owner) and softer so marks up easier, the rivet is weaker and the nut and bolt are usually silver not black.
