BB bolts for Tioga BB for Haro Group One 1987 Cranks.

Can anyone tell me where I can get bolts to hold my Haro Group 1 cranks onto my Tioga BB? My local bike shop tell  me I need imperial thread bolts. See photo below - I have only one bolt with the correct thread but, the bolt head is too small to hold the crank. I need two imperial bolts with bigger heads. Failing this, is there a BB out there I could buy? Thanks in advance.
