frame id

can anybody identify this frame, looks like it's got a double toptube plus it's got a standing loop behind the seat tube a bit like a mongoose fs1. crappy pic but the only one i have.

I would say cheap generic POS, mainly due to the fake OGKs with horrible hubs, the cheap 1 piece crank and sprocket, the sem position and bars.......and the forks are bent which would suggest cheapo pap
