Received this NOS Suntour...am I right in thinking its for a mini...?

yes, but i think they were also used as a full size on some early riders - can't remember what, so i will leave that to the next member to answer

Though smaller these were the the models out before the power stems & were standard size on earlier builds.I used to have one on my Webco.It's actually the same top cap as the power stem which explains the dimple in the cap on those that were drilled out on earlier stems.

Actually it was mid 79' & originally called the Pistol stem.

Used on early Kuwahara's as said above these came out before the Suntour Power Stems
