Nice frame set. It looks like it has the hole for a Pitbull brake on the chain stay, behind the bottom bracket. late 80s early 90s. Fling the bars, they belong in the 70s ;)

Cheers chaps :daumenhoch: I am sure I was told it was an 85 or 86 frame set. Cant remwmder exactly now though. Meticulous will know for sure as it was his at some stage :daumenhoch: I am going to go for black alloy tuffs or black z rims I think.
I appreciate all your comments and will keep you posted :) Might change those bars and stem I guess at somepoint :daumenhoch:
