what chainrings can i use with the new flights/prolines

can i use a proclass powerdisc and chainring or does it have to be a one piece like a sugino or tuff neck or redline and does anybody have anything that would be suitable in silver

weston:
normally you can use any but on some you need a spacer/washer type thing as the hole in the middle may be a bit too big
