S&M redneck stem help

i got a redneck  lt off ebay a while ago, and today it got popped on my newschool build but the thread on the bottom clamp to the steerer tube just spins and the thread is all shagged  >:( what can i do to fix it ??

Take it to an engineering place and get them to insert a helicoil. Wont cost much.
