When did you get 'back' into OLD SCHOOL BMX ?

I was always on the look out to find bits for my old bike since the early 90's,couldnt find anything :(
Got some bits from Alan's in 2001,so i guess 2001 :)

My first post on RAD was on: December 09, 2007, 03:22 pm so that'll be the day then.
I was on football forums so i googled to see if there were any BMX forums for sad old men and up came RAD.
I had checked Ebay previous to this for an old GJS which was my old racebike but nothing ever came up. I eventually bought a Freeagent Limo as my first build off of Daz Bmx off of here, i still have the bike aswell.
Thankfully my building has stopped for a while as my MK bike is finished and next season's build is stored away for a rainy day.

bought a Firebird Freestyler off my eldest sons mate in about 1996/97 for £20 and it sat in my shed until 2008, then found this place :crazy2:

Bought my son a bmx in August 2007 he wanted to go to a skatepark, i took him and watched
A week later i bought a green 85 Haro Master complete off ebay for £250
I knew nothing about new school at the time, soon realised the haro was crap ;D
Found this place after meeting a bunch of old reprobates at the local skatepark.... i shouldn't have listened to em :LolLolLolLol:
