frame id !

need a id on this - doesn't matter is not a top frame it's for a mate to know what it is

looks like
wellgo screw pin pedals
yellow alloy tuffs
cw style bars

so looks later 80's -90's with some 80's parts

so does anybody know what the frame is ?

Looks like the frame set that bankrupt bike parts used to sell on ebat . 100% cromo and tip welded , my labourer had one and was not gentle with it and it faired up very well .

I forget the make . . . maybe Universal or something.
