I NEED A LITTLE HELP WITH...

...this Spin Tech. The previous owner busted off a bolt inside the hole that that weirdo cable
passes through. When I got it, it still had the cable jammed in there between the ball bearing
and the remnants of the bolt; the guy managed to excavate the majority of it and the threads
still look pretty good. So, what do folks feel is the best way to get out the last bit of this bolt?
Or is there a resident 'handy' guy I could send it to?
