They dont look like a matching pair to me, the serial numbers dont match either. I think the rear wheel is nos but i reckon the front wheel is a brand new one which would also explain why the rear wheel is lighter in colour because its faded slightly over the years, just my opinion - still a very nice pair of wheels. :daumenhoch:

I've got a feeling none of the serial numbers ever matched. Sure i've read that somewhere before... ???

No, the serial numbers don't match on pairs.
The front wheel on that set is NOT a new one as they don't put serial numbers on new tuffs, it's deffo an old school one but agree, colours are not a great match - one has probably faded with storage.
