Nothing new here, they built a replica or the Bejing track in 08.

That reporter is punting to the uneducated.

These are the Elite, they will have it dialled in 3 or 4 practice laps any way. And it's not just the US that have been using the replica Olympic track, other countries can get access to it as well.

Papendal any one? Those cheating Dutch...   and all the other nations that have used it. ::)
