First time in 23 years

Just been out on my bmx for the first time in 23 years.
It's safe to say I'm knackerd!
Pulling 17 stones around isn't easy lol

I enjoyed it but sweat my tits off lol

Did a few bunny hops and small rads :-)
Which resulted in the pedal pulling the thread out of the crank :-(
So that's first on the list to replace.

I don't fancy falling off, I did enough of that as a kid lol
My son came with me earlier on his mtb and said I was to big for the bmx do I want to swap?
My reply was no, it might be small but I can still ride it fine :)

Gonna swap the crank over tomorrow and take a ride to my brothers to do some gym work lol

Yeah as said if you slam big you will hurt for longer...  ::)

When i fall/crash I make sure I start riding straight away & sort out my wounds when I get home.  ;)
